How to Use

Fill your bathtub with hot water at 40–45°C (104–113°F). Pour in one full bottle of the herbal bath liquid and mix well.Soak for 20–30 minutes, taking a short rest outside the tub for 2–3 minutes after the first 15 minutes to allow your body to adjust.

Important Notes

  • Avoid bathing within 30 minutes before or after meals
  • Not recommended during menstruation or if you have open wounds
  • For best results, use 1 bottle per bath session
